A Nigerian man by name, Destiny Odiaka has battered his wife Uzor for denying him early morning s*x. The sad incident happened in Lagos in the early hours of morning at Ewusu Street in Ketu, Lagos where they reside.

According to PM Express, the angry husband reportedly moved to touch his wife but she stubbornly covered her legs after much pleading and persuasion.

Odiaka then brought out cane and rained it on her legs to force her to open up breasts and other part of her body. She shouted and attracted their neighbours that early morning and the neighbours intervened.

It was learnt that when they eventually opened their door and the neighbours attempted to know what was the cause of the problem, the wife did not say anything but the husband replied that she has proved too stubborn in the house. The neighbours left them and returned to their apartments concluding that it was husband and wife matter.

The wife thereafter reported the matter to the police and Odiaka was arrested and charged before a Lagos court for assault under the Criminal Code.

He pleaded not guilty at the Ikeja Magistrates court where he was arraigned. The presiding Magistrate, Mrs O.A. Layinka granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum. He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition. The matter was adjourned till 5th of December, 2017.
